Working Student Workflow Tools Finance (m/f/d)

You support the Workflow Tools Finance team in the Financial Services department in the support and development of the digital billing workflow in the daily business from support and request management to technical analyses and evaluations. Administration & System support: You support the product team in the administration and technical support of the digital billing workflow in day-to-day business (e.g. auditing and approval). Support Management & Coordination: You analyze incoming support requests, prioritize them and coordinate the processing with relevant interfaces (e.g. department, operation, development). Requirement management & implementation: You accept smaller customer requirements, clarify details, document these structured (e.g. tickets or request descriptions) and accompany the implementation up to the Go level. Technical support & analysis: Depending on your interest, you can support the error analysis (debugging), initial evaluations and reports and get yourself into smaller technical adjustments.

You are at least 1 year registered:r Student:in Business Informatics or a comparable degree course (ideally somewhat technical oriented) and you are at least in the 3rd semester. Basic knowledge of SAP & Finance processes: You ideally have first knowledge in SAP as well as in finance processes (e.g. auditing of accounts, release processes) or bring the motivation to work quickly. Technical understanding & analytical methods: You are quickly thinking about systems and workflows and are structuring and solution-oriented. Communication strength & Reliability: You work carefully, advance themes proactively and agree with different contacts: inside. Language skills: You have very good German knowledge in word and writing (CEFR level C1 or higher).
