Construction of prototype generators on various processing machines according to specifications Creation and modification of components and devices according to drawings Creation of grinding images for welding seam analysis and implementation of hydroburst tests Testing of prototype generators according to order specifications (e.g. electrical tests, weight controls, helium leak tests) and subsequent packaging Provision of professional storage and the execution of the following order depreciation and commissioning Storage of supply parts in the storage area as required and picking from the BTR as specified Operation of CNC-controlled machine tools in the AIC tool area Delaboration of gas generators according to requirements Compliance with existing safety, work and operational instructions

Professional training in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or tool mechanics or comparable qualifications Training or professional experience in the automotive industry Training in quality and knowledge of ISO TS 16949 Experience in handling testing and testing equipment and experience in the evaluation and presentation of test results Knowledge of the operation of some computer-controlled mounting devices and tools, as well as the use of machine tools (boring, turning and milling) Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and instructions Routined IT knowledge High level of team orientation, willingness to use and conscience Ability to obtain the certificate (according to §20 of the explosives law) This position is grouped into the ERA Level Group 6. .
