The Corporate Responsibility (CR) division creates the conditions for a common understanding of sustainability within the companies of the Schwarz Group. In the four focus areas humans, product quality, circulatory and ecosystems, the area develops ambitious sustainability goals and supports the companies of the Schwarz Group in their implementation.

Strategy: Development and Implementation of a Biodiversity Strategy for the Black Group Companies Analysis: Assessment of current biodiversity measures and practices Stakeholder Management: Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to promote biodiversity initiatives Reporting: Creating reports and presentations for management Optimization: Monitoring and evaluation of the progress and successes of biodiversity measures

Complete studies in environmental sciences, biology, sustainability management or a related area Ideally experience in the development and implementation of biodiversity strategies Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and best practices in the field of biodiversity Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Communication strength and team capacity Self-employed and structured work JOBV1_EN
