Senior Service Technician (m/w/d)

The service areas provide comprehensive and decentralized service through their service centers. This involves a permanent representation of BWI GmbH on site in the properties of the Bundeswehr. Acceptance, analysis and elimination of incidents and requests in the PC, telephony, LAN and WAN environment and holistic documentation

decentralised implementation of the second level support on site as a member of the onsite support team in the Federal Ministry of the Defence

Installation, commissioning, upgrade and maintenance of hardware and software in particular

Implementation of DGUV V3 exams and cooperation on quality assurance measures (e.g. LAN documentation)

Working in projects to adapt and extend existing IT infrastructures and to take over customer operating shares

Participation in readiness and work in the layer-like model (Workdays Mo-Fr 7-17)

Successfully completed training in the field of IT system electronics/fachinformatics or a comparable qualification

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience

Comprehensive knowledge of ticket systems, knowledge databases, and IT processes (ITIL) Experience in customer projects in the industrial environment or in public service

Individual initiative, team capacity and organisational skills

DGUV V3 experiences Driving licence class B required

You work with innovative digitalization projects and work closely with manufacturers (e.g. Cisco & Microsoft)
