More than 3,300 employees take care of around 8,300 people per year in the elderly, disabled assistance, hearing-language center, youth assistance and addiction aid. For our children's and youth areas of disabled assistance, we are looking for you in full or part-time at 30-100% in Horgenzell (Haslachmühle). Working hours are in shift service between 6:30 and 20:45 with primarily continuous services.

In our long-term intensive pedagogical field (LipB), 4-5 children and young people aged between 9 and 23 live on a total of 5 small groups. The intensive educational area is a very exciting and impressive working environment. Through a concept tailored to the needs of our children and adolescents as well as a tailor-made new building, we can offer together with the school area an individual housing school for a total of 22 children and adolescents, some of which do not find a suitable institution in the entire federal state. The close cooperation and coordination in the team, the cooperation with the in-house school system as well as the psychological and health education specialist services are prerequisites for work with our children and young people. The premises of the in-house therapy area, school area, UK area as well as the garden area adapted to our residents allow a highly individual daily care of our children and young people.
