Your duties Support for commercial management in relation to economic, result- and quality-oriented management of processes in the clinic Coordination, control and monitoring of business process optimization projects, software launches and transformation projects in clinical and administrative areas Implementation of cost-effectiveness analyses and analyses of the cost-effectiveness of the agreed measures Participation in personnel and organization management issues Pre- and post-processing of meetings, protocol management and presentations Data collections, data analyses and data evaluations Cooperation with and support of the entire management team and the absence of assistance This position shall be set at the next possible time.

Graduate degree: Business Administration, Hospital Management or Health Management or equivalent skills and experience Good business knowledge, first professional experience in hospitals and good knowledge in commercial controlling Ideally knowledge of the processes and structures of clinics Safe handling of MS Office would also be desirable to experience in SAP modules (such as CO, BW, HR) Experiences in project management, process management and organisational structure are desirable Communication capability at all hierarchical levels, takeover of responsibility, decision-making and self-initiative High degree of self-responsible, structured and result-oriented operation Embossed team capability, reliability, loyalty, resilience, resilience, critique and conflictability
