IT Manager Collaboration Solutions

In this role, you will take on the technical and operational management of our Collaboration Team, focusing on Microsoft 365, Collaboration Platforms, Communication Solutions, File Sharing, Telephony, Mail, Fax and Print Services. The coordination of our global support and project staff at international locations within the Stabilus Group is your responsibility. With a view to new MS products, you will develop our collaboration and communication services strategically and ensure cost efficiency, availability and usability. Together with global process managers, you analyze the global corporate requirements and develop sustainable and future-oriented solutions. As a competent contact person, you support our Group functions, locations and subsidiaries in the analysis, optimization and harmonisation of complex processes. The planning, coordination and implementation of all global IT activities in your area of responsibility is your responsibility. In cooperation with external service providers and implementation partners, you take control, coordinate operations and ensure professional escalation management if necessary. From the first idea to the implementation, you develop technical and organizational concepts, accompany implementations and are responsible for testing. Budget planning and the management and coordination of national and international IT projects are also part of your task.
