You warmly welcome our guests, organize the check-in and check-out and keep several tasks at the same time confidently under control

You process incoming bookings by phone, e-mail or via our digital booking channels – friendly, professional and binding

You agree daily with housekeeping, breakfast service and management to make your stay as pleasant as possible

You conduct the hotel insurance independently and take over the cash registers

You use professional complaint management to keep your eye on challenges
