Projektmanager (m/w/d)

You run the kitchen of a demanding business gastronomy including conference, banquet and event business. Every day you are responsible for the production of over 1,500 foods and the culinary implementation of events at a high level. You provide clear processes, stable processes and smooth organization throughout the entire operation. Planning, control and implementation are safe for you. F&B quality is the focus for you. You stand for fresh, modern dishes with high standards of products, taste and presentation. This applies to the business economy as well as to events, conferences and banquets. Together with the management, you will develop the gastronomic offer and set new impulses. In the daily business, you will guide your team directly and present. You give orientation, make decisions and are the central contact person for all operational kitchen topics.

You are a cook/cooker for conviction and have learned your craft from scratch. A further education to the kitchen master:in or farmer:in is a plus, but no need. You bring experience from a comparable position in the gastronomy, hotel industry or business hospitality. The conference, banquet or event business is also familiar to you. You are close, pack with them and still keep an overview at any time. Their appearance is clear, calm and sovereign. You decide securely when it comes to it and always act in a solution-oriented manner. Quality is not a claim for you on paper, but living standard. You lead with posture, take your team along and stay reliable even in intense situations. Flexibility, sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking are what you stand for.
