Controller / Portfolio Manager with a focus on Business Intelligence (m/w/d)

In the Portfolio Management & European Data department, we are responsible for all reporting data on our European real estate portfolio, sales and development. The department consists of the three teams “Portfolio Management”, “Data Engineering”, and “Business Itelligence”. For the Business Intelligence team, we are now looking for creative and data-affine support that supports us in the development of dashboards for the entire European real estate group with all asset classes we manage. Conception and creation of BI– Reports based on our data platform in Microsoft Fabric Care, care and continuous development of existing data models and structures Analysis of data and key figures (KPIs) using powerful Power BI tools deepening and expanding the technical and technological expertise in the field of Power BI Active participation in projects for the automation of evaluations and data-driven processes

A completed study with a focus on BWL, business informatics, data analytics or a comparable field of expertise is the basis of your technical know-how, which you now want to apply practically in the field of data analysis. First practical experience with Power BI, especially in dealing with DAX and Power Query, you could already gain. SQL identifiers are desirable, but no requirement. A good understanding of numbers and relationships helps you analyze data and translate it into meaningful reports. You like to work independently, actively contribute to various tasks and support BI projects with commitment. A structured and independent way of working as well as a safe occurrence in the team are the key to you. Responsibility and motivation are your strengths. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile – in particular English is essential for cooperation with our European colleagues.
