PTA / PCA in customer service (m/f/d)

You are for the telephone consultation of our customers on application questions about our pharmacy software. Here you can support our users with questions about our operating systems, our hardware and our WINAPO® goods management system. In addition, you are responsible for questions of pharmaceutical and legal subjects. In addition, you analyze soft and hardware errors and develop corresponding solutions in coordination with our specialist departments. Inquiries that you can’t solve will lead to a deeper analysis of our 2nd level support.

You have a completed training in the pharmaceutical sector, e.g. as a pharmaceutical-technical assistant (m/w/d), pharmaceutical-commercial employee (m/w/d), or you have an equivalent qualification. You have basic PC knowledge and experience with the current MS Office products (Excel/Word). You write yourself as an IT affin and you want to learn new things. A customer-oriented way of working and enjoying people complete your profile. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.
