Project Manager Superstructure (m/f/d)

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as project buyer Oberbau (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at Frankfurt am Main. We, the project management Oberbau und Equipmenttechnik Mitte, are responsible, among other things, for the commercial development of the superstructure programs and implement more than 300 projects in the year. Your tasks:

Ensure complete commercial processing and support of transferred infrastructure projects with regard to planning, cost management and financing The proper assignment and configuration of project-related data for debitor/creditor/plant accounting is one of your tasks You are responsible for the development of commercial documents on building permits in financial terms You also monitor the project releases and the timely request for release increases by means of release applications and/or decision templates The maintenance and provision of project-related data in commercial systems (according to processes) are part of your everyday life You are equivalent:r Sparringspartner:in the technical project manager:inside and show the consequences of deviations and risks in the project course through target / actual analyses The revision-proof document template in the VRI DMS document management system is of course for you

Your profile:

You have completed your studies (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) in the field of Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Economic Engineering, has equivalent knowledge and skills or comparable long-term professional experience First experience in the commercial and independent processing of projects (probably construction or infrastructure projects) or in project management you have already collected You are above average engaged and convince by your independent, independent and result-oriented work In addition, you place value on team work You live a transparent and regular communication You are safe in handling SAP R3 / K, iTWO and MS Office or trust you to gain the knowledge quickly
