Service Coordinator & Supervisor (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security. Together with us, we are concerned about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. Projektmanager (m/w/d) now and in full time in Erfurt. For over 56 locations, the Service Center Erfurt is responsible for the decentralized service provision and a permanent representation of BWI GmbH on site in the properties of the Bundeswehr. In addition, the Service Center processes defined task packages within the framework of projects and provides on-site service at the BWI internal IT.

Acceptance, qualitative testing and further processing/disposition of incoming interference messages, orders and requests within the on-site service Timely and economically efficient disposition and maintenance and monitoring of service levels and escalation processes Tool-based control and support of service technicians for order filling Work pre- and post-processing activities, including tool-based testing of the fulfillment of infrastructure requirements, support in logistical activities, including ensuring material supply, and cooperation in the documentation of management paths Communication between customers, foreign companies, internal interfaces and service technicians Ordering foreign companies to fill orders Implementation of remote orders with the customer Support in planning projects with regard to appointment, technical examination of feasibility and economically efficient disposition

Complete vocational training as an electronic system, specialist in system integration or comparable qualification At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in IT and TK areas Knowledge in network technology LAN-passiv, LAN-active, Server and WAN Knowledge of project management and project management Funded knowledge of ticket systems, knowledge databases, CMDB/Asset management systems ITIL identifiers (certification desirable) German language skills in word and writing Driving licence class B required Funded knowledge with ticket systems, service times (SLAs), IT processes and MS Office
