You take over the visitor management, i.e. the reception of customers, visitors and service providers with the corresponding forwarding to the respective contact persons.

You receive incoming telephone calls and forward them to the correct contact persons or take care of the transfer of relevant telephone messages.

You process the post-in and exit and centrally manage the office material at the location.

If appropriate, further administrative tasks can be added after the incorporation.

You have basic knowledge of general office work, are communication-friendly and have a safe occurrence.

You bring at least good German and English knowledge and basic knowledge to MS Office.

A completed vocational training in the commercial sector is advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
