These are your tasks:

As an important part of our collegial team, you are the good business card of the house and first contact person for our customers. They clarify their concerns in cooperation with internal specialist departments. Your duties include:

• sampling, sample distribution and sample further processing
• Pre-casing, unpacking and archiving of samples
• Telephone contact with our senders
• Processing of unclear samples of our departments Sample sampling and bacteriology
• Treatment of complaints

As a team player, you can successfully introduce yourself to our laboratory routine through your independent and service-oriented operation. In addition, you are characterized by the following experiences and skills:

• Successful training as MFA (m/w/d)
• First professional experience is wishing, but also professional beginners are welcome
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
• Good German knowledge in word and writing as well as basic technical understanding and computer skills
• Willingness to participate in late service
• Flexibility and a high level of readiness complete your profile
