We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in real estate:

Service provider control: You are responsible for the tendering and control of the TGA service providers to ensure the legally compliant and economic operation of the technical installations. You are the first contact for our internal and external partners.

Project management: You conduct independent maintenance, modernization and renewal projects for technical facilities in the field of competence, including quality specifications, dates and budgets.

Maintenance: You optimize maintenance processes and maintenance strategies and also take into account high plant availability and economic aspects.

Analysis: You analyze existing systems and develop ideas for optimization and modernization with technical understanding and economic sense. This is where their strategic view and courage are part of innovation.

Strategy: You support the further development of the processes and services in facility management and take over the management of strategically relevant projects.

Complete technical studies, ideally in the field of facility management, (economic) engineering or comparable completed vocational training with further training to the state-tested technician or master in utility technology/building technology

Experience in the tendering of services in technical building management and the control and control of TGA service providers

Expertise in the planning and management of projects in building technology (TGA)

Good knowledge of ordering and cost calculation in building / facility management

Safe in handling MS Office applications, advanced Excel skills and first experience in working with CAFM systems desirable
