Agent intelligence becomes reality: You take responsibility for demanding, cross-functional agentic AI solutions and integrate them into existing system landscapes and operational processes – thus creating applications that create real added value for our business. Create intuitive AI experiences for users: you design and develop LLM-based applications – such as agents, chatbots or RAG solutions, and use your know-how in Python, LangChain and Prompt Engineering to build intelligent assistants and agents that really support everyday life. Building AI platforms for the future: You design scalable AI architectures, systems and platforms in the Azure environment and work with databricks, Azure DevOps and modern AI frameworks, among other things, so that our solutions can be operated robust, safe and sustainable. Processes rethink data-based: Together with the disciplines, You identify potentials for AI and process optimization, use process mining tools such as Celonis and analytics solutions (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and derive concrete measures for more efficient end-to-end processes. AI and digitization projects lead to success: You are responsible and controlling (part-)projects in the AI environment, digitization and process optimization, coordinate interdisciplinary teams and ensure that ideas are transferred in a structured manner into productive solutions that make our organization move appreciably.

Academic foundation with practicality: You have completed their studies, for example in computer science, business informatics, economic engineering, mechanical engineering, data science or a comparable field of expertise, and have some years of experience in AI, digitalization or project fields. Hands-on-Excellence in AI and LLMs: You control Python, LangChain, Prompt Engineering and MCP safely and have already implemented LLM applications such as agents, RAG scenarios or Text-to-SQL solutions that deliver measurable added value in operational use. Data and cloud expertise at eye level with practice: You bring experience with SQL, databricks and modern data architectures and are familiar with Azure AI Foundry, Blob Storage and Azure DevOps – so keep data streams and AI workloads reliably in the river. Toolset for data, processes and frontend: Ideally, you know process mining and analytics tools like Celonis, Tableau or the Power Platform and bring first experience in front-end development with TypeScript, Next.js and React to help shape AI solutions up to the user interface. Interface strength and implementation power: You work structured, solution-oriented and take responsibility for your topics. With your strong communication skills, you can move stakeholders in interdisciplinary teams and act safely in German and English – orally as in writing.
