Steuerberater Tax Compliance & International / M&A Tax (m/f/d)

You enter a large medium-sized family business from the manufacturing industry with more than € 850 million in sales and more than 50 companies worldwide, gaining comprehensive insights into a complex corporate structure. You are responsible for tax compliance and tax consulting for the entire group of companies and ensure high quality and efficient processes. In addition, you participate in the tax consulting of transactions and introduce yourself to topics related to M&A Tax and international tax law. Questions in the field of inheritance tax, corporate succession and family foundations are handled independently and develop practical solutions in direct exchange with the Group companies and shareholders.

Completed economics or legal studies with a tax focus or studies as a diploma financer and completed tax advisor exams Very good knowledge of Transaction Tax Law, ideally also relevant experiences in international tax law Very good communication skills in German and English Joy in a service-oriented, international working environment as well as a high level of team capacity
