Your tasks:

• You organize and coordinate the construction site for all individual plants together with your well-established construction site team
• If necessary, you will also be able to carry forwarders/foreigners
• The monitoring of compliance with cost, quality and deadline targets is one of your tasks as well as the independent implementation of the audit and clearance of accounts
• The acceptance, billing and documentation of construction services completes your task area

Your profile:

• Complete training in construction
• Optimally a further education or professional experience as civil engineering foreman / civil engineering foreman / civil engineering foreman / mason master / concrete builder master / industrial master with reference to concrete
• Guide qualities in handling personnel, controlling and construction site monitoring desirable
• Enforcement and negotiation skills
