Key-User HR-Software (m/f/d)

You are a central point of contact and knowledge provider (m/w/d) for our HR systems and the digital development of our HR processes You take responsibility for the further development of our HR system country and actively promote the digitalisation of the entire HR sector. You analyze existing HR processes, identify optimization potentials and develop efficient and automatized solutions together with HR, IT and other departments You are raising, documenting and prioritizing technical requirements for our HR systems and their modules and transferring them into clear implementation concepts You plan, control and implement HR IT projects – from the conception to the imple­mentation of new systems or modules to the successful Go-live You prepare the users:inside, prepare understandable documents and accompany change processes as part of the introduction of new systems and optimized HR processes

You have a degree in the field of economic infor­mation, computer science, BWL, HR or a comparable subject – you have an academic or technical training with relevant professional experience. You have several years of experience in the HR environment, ideally as HR key user / HR IT application manager (m/w/d) or in a comparable cutting point function. You will bring demonstrable project experience, preferably in HR IT, digital or system implementation projects. You have a very good understanding of HR processes and HR systems and their digitalization. You have experience in the analysis, optimization and automation of business processes and can document and implement them in a structured manner. You have a high affinity for policy issues, system landscapes and change processes. You are strong in communication and can translate technical requirements clearly and understandably between HR and IT. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and take responsibility for your topics.
