As Projektierer After Sales (m/w/d), you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

As a projector (m/w/d), check and evaluate customer-specific service requests of our pharmaceutical machine systems. They guarantee our international customers a timely, professional and technical service including time and cost assessment. As an interface, you act proactively between the technical departments of Technology and the Service Account Management to fully cover the areas of mechanics, electrical engineering and automation. They support development and customer projects, support the specialist departments in technical questions and possibly accompany them to customer appointments. You will share your knowledge with colleagues Inhouse and Decentral and ensure sustainable development, especially with regard to multiple uses of rebuilds.

(m/w/d) in the fields of mechatronics, automation technology, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you will bring well-founded professional experience in machine and plant engineering, preferably in the design. We are also happy to give experienced operators a chance with corresponding comparable previous knowledge. For you, a customer- and cost-oriented operation is of course natural. You can communicate with our customers very well in word and writing in English and are often travelling internationally (about 40 days a year).
