Facility Management (m/f/d)

Your tasks: You bear the overall responsibility for the professional, organizational and personal management of the youth residence. You are responsible for the quality development of the pedagogical work in the house and participate in the conceptual further development of the nationwide collective youth residences. You take over the economic management of the facility as part of the budget budget set by the management. You take part in the development of the house to an educationally accompanied azure. At the same time you build a pedagogical team. You are involved in the educational accompaniment of the residents.

Your profile: You have a state-approved degree of education or social work. You bring experience and high expertise in personnel management. You have the ability to strategic and conceptual thinking. You are in line with educational and business economic objectives. You have a strong initiative, willingness to cooperate, strength of communication and willingness to innovation. You are safe to use MS Office programs. You identify yourself with the goals and tasks of the Kolpingwerk Germany.
