Successfully completed training as a cook or practical experience in the breakfast area, cross entry possible Experience in larger kitchens of advantage, as there is a high work volume with appropriate occupancy Experience as a breakfast cook in comparable hotels desirable Motivation, commitment and team skills Good knowledge required
