Project management of demanding large-scale projects in the field of road construction, transport and transport infrastructure, both for the public and for the private sector Entrepreneurial and strategic responsibility for projects (tasks, resources and budget planning) Professional and disciplinary leadership of middle and large teams (10 - 25 people) in projects and their further development Customer advice on strategic, organisational and technical issues in project execution Control and management of projects with digital tools as well as offering and negotiation Proactive development of customer relationships and implementation of new acquisitions

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, transport engineering, architecture, industrial engineering with technical deepening, dual studies in the field of construction, infrastructure or transport, or a comparable qualification At least 10 years of professional experience in managing, planning or building infrastructure projects, experience in managing major projects Experience in leadership and development of employees as well as a high level of consulting skills and the ability to interdisciplinary thinking and cooperation Knowledge of relevant rules and regulations (e.g. RStO, RASt, RE-ING, RAB-ING, HOAI, VOB) Solution-oriented and customer-oriented action and good communication skills Experience and willingness to acquire readiness to travel within Germany
