In short, → You make sure that meeting guests at the 25hours hotel have a really good day. I'm sorry. You are the first friendly voice in the morning and the last relaxed “All good?” in the afternoon. You'll check if the meeting room looks like it's promised in the briefing, and you'll be better! You're coordinating whoever does what, and you're packing up where the fastest goes. You keep the coffee breaks running before someone has to think “Where is the coffee?”. You are in close contact with our kitchen: lunch, special requests, allergies. You make sure the hotel team always knows what's going on. And if there's no meeting, you're part of our breakfast or lunch team at Shuka Bar. Flexible, versatile, reliable.
