Implementation of the global or regional strategy to set up and maintain control frameworks for the management of regulation, monitoring, compliance with employee regulations, transaction monitoring and customer screening Ensuring the operational discipline in conjunction with the awareness of regulatory risks and investigative capabilities and ensuring that the workflows are regulated by established guidelines, clearly defined processes and escalation points Control, audit and backup (CT&A) that checks the effectiveness of key controls and risk management frameworks in relation to compliance and financial crime risks Quality assurance/monitoring for certain processes related to financial crime risks
