CAD design (2D, 3D) of technical equipment (heating, ventilation and sanitary) for industrial projects using Revit MEP and AutoCAD-MEP Active integration into the project execution of the pre-, design and execution planning according to the HOAI performance phases 1 to 8 Co-responsible for the calculation, design, plausibility of plants (including heating load, cooling load, pipe network, pressure loss) and selection of system components and for the production of documentation Creating mass extracts and support in developing tender documents Construction of building models on the architectural plan Creating tray concepts in coordination with other structures Close coordination of constructive implementation with internal and external experts

Completed training as a technical designer, technical system planner in the field of supply technology or a comparable qualification Application-proof practical knowledge with CAD programs: Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, liNear, SpriCAD optional Navisworks Safe control of the design methodology Interest in technical specialization in the HKLS trades Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
