As a team management, you actively control and support your six-member team – consisting of experts:internal product and supplier master files – and thus contribute significantly to ensuring high data quality and smooth running of purchase-relevant processes.

Technical guidance of the team in the case of articles and suppliers, ongoing data management and systemic implementation of marketing actions in coordination with various departments Coordination of price changes, actions and relevant system care incl. Communication to participating departments Introduction and monitoring of test routines to ensure data quality Active participation in digitalization and automation in data management, with the aim of sustainable process optimization Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and further development of team members Creation of status reports and relevant evaluations on data quality and process performance

Graduate in Business Administration or Business Informatics Multiannual professional experience in the field of master data management, ideally in the field of trade Knowledge of goods management systems, ideally MS Dynamics 365 Strongly pronounced affinity for data management and associated IT systems and software tools Very good knowledge MS Office, especially Excel and Word Good English knowledge of word and writing Leadership with focus on team motivation and team development The flexibility to act in a dynamic environment in a decision-proof manner
