DISCLOSURE

• Ensuring the fulfilment of requested services or products for the departments taking into account punctuality, quality, price level for each defined product group
• Establishing a close relationship with business and strong cooperation in the product groups responsible
• Supporting the customer in the assessment of the requirements, finding the best possible cost solution as well as in the service provider search and selection
• Contract management
• Creation and implementation of product group strategies and success and progress report
• Own implementation of product group analyses and drafting of proposals of targets for the responsible area (e.g. number of suppliers, risk management, transaction costs) and coordination with the Manager Group Procurement Indirect Donation
• Application of existing purchasing and procurement tools (eProcurement, eSourcing, Material Group Management)

• Study or comparability in the business environment
• Multiannual professional experience in purchasing
• Experience in strategic and operational purchasing at a comparable level of complexity and enterprise desirable
• knowledge of price development and trends, information of the organisation, development and implementation of countermeasures
• Team, problem solving and solution-oriented
• able to interact with all business levels
• Flexibility in work content and scope
• ability to give feedback and qualified
• Sustainable, confident, empathic and open-minded
• Conceptual, analytical and structural skills
• Self-employed working and rapid opinion
