This position is intended for KEENFINITY GmbH, an innovative company with around 4,200 employees worldwide, which is currently being disassembled from the Bosch Group and operates as an independent company from mid-2025. It offers a dynamic working environment with a lot of design space and exciting development possibilities. They are responsible for the end-to-end processes in the Book 2 Report area, including the main accounting, final processes and reporting. You develop the Group-wide Account Plan and create financial reports in the SAP Template You create process guidelines to ensure the quality and integrity of financial data. They control and monitor the performance and costs of the external accounting service provider. They identify and implement process improvements (best practices) to increase the efficiency and quality of financial processes. They support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems and other financial software solutions or tools. They operate active change management in the implementation of concept and process changes, e.g. training and workshops. You create and present regular reports and analyses for management They work with internal stakeholders, including controlling, treasury and financial departments of the subsidiaries.

Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of business management, finance, accounting or a comparable qualification. Experience and know-how: Multi-year (>5 years) relevant professional experience in financial and accounting, ideally in a comparable role. In addition, well-founded knowledge of the main accounting and related processes. Experiences with the structure or Operation of shared services centers or control and cooperation with external service providers. Qualification: Very safe handling of SAP ECC 6.0 (i.B. FI, ideally also CO), MS Office and desirable SAP BW or SAP S/4 HANA knowledge Personality and working methods: pronounced analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented way of working. Also outstanding communication and presentation skills. Languages: Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of German in word and writing
