Head of Process and Production Control (m/f/d)

In this position, you are responsible for the end-to-end control of all application and production-relevant processes in the communications network expansion and network operation – from order preparation, planning and disposition to completion and handover. You coordinate and control the production system with a clear focus on order, clock and throughput and ensure a stable production flow through active bottleneck management. A central part of your task is planning on two levels: the technical execution planning for the production of the building short- and medium-term production flow and resource planning to ensure a stable throughput You take the disposition and prioritization of capacities, resources and processes along all process stages and ensure complete and timely order preparation. At any time, you will keep an eye on dates and risks, actively tax escalations and take appropriate countermeasures. As a central operating control unit, you are looking at the interface between sales, project management, construction, network operation and planning and ensuring smooth cooperation across all areas. You implement defined processes and standards operationally, ensure their compliance and actively promote the continuous improvement process by identifying optimization potentials. With the establishment and operation of a production control, you establish clear control rhythms as well as transparent decision and escalation rules. As a manager, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your employees and systematically develop skills in control, prioritization and escalation. Your goal is to reliably adhere to promised delivery dates and to continuously improve performance by means of transparent code number control.

You have a Master/Diplom degree and well-founded experience in controlling complex production and order processes. You understand how to control complex processes at end-to-end, also under pressure keeps an overview and meets sound decisions based on clear priorities. Key figures such as on-time delivery (OTD), work in progress (WIP), capacity utilisation or time deviations are key control variables for you that you actively use to create transparency and deliver performance. You work structured, solution-oriented and with a clear focus on outcome and effect. You take responsibility, negotiate proactively and consistently promote topics. Your strength lies in cross-departmental cooperation: you combine different stakeholders, create transparency and ensure clear coordination at the relevant interfaces. As a manager, you develop your employees in a targeted manner and promote a performance-oriented, cooperative and solution-oriented way of working. You actively shape changes and implement new requirements in a structured and sustainable manner.
