Working student in purchasing (m/f/d)

You are working on self-defined questions in product group, cost and supplier management. You carry out analyses of product groups, materials, suppliers and purchasing volumes and prepare the results for category management in a comprehensible manner. You are investigating price, quantity and consumption effects and deriving cost and optimization potential. You research markets, suppliers and alternative sources of supply and support the evaluation of bundling, standardization, relocation and substitution potentials. You’ll be involved in the further development of product group strategies by creating resilient data, scenarios and basis of decision. You support the evaluation of recyclates, alternative materials and recyclable procurement solutions and actively contribute your ideas.

You are studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree course. You are interested in strategic purchasing, product group management and international procurement markets. You have the pleasure of analytical questions, evaluate data in a structured manner and can make information understandable. You have good to very good knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You work quickly in complex relationships, work independently, carefully and result-oriented and like to actively participate. You communicate safely in German and have good English skills in word and writing; first practical experiences in purchasing, controlling, supply chain management or in the project environment are advantageous, but no prerequisite.
