To strengthen our team in the field of maintenance / construction, we are looking for a construction coordinator (m/w/d) at the Pfullendorf site as soon as possible

Individually responsible tendering, negotiation and award of works Integrated control and monitoring of construction projects taking into account costs, dates and quality Creation and maintenance of performance directories Takeover of administrative and organisational tasks within the construction department Coordination and control of external service providers, specialist planners and trades as well as ensuring a smooth flow of information

Complete training in technical, commercial or crafts Multiannual experience in the control and implementation of construction projects, ideally in store or store building Vocational experience in tenders, negotiations and the creation of performance registers desirable Extensive interest and understanding of technical relationships Funded knowledge in building law, ideally with design permission as well as experience in handling industry-specific software Entrepreneurial, structured and conceptual thinking as well as a good look for future location developments Independent, team-oriented, reliable and independent working Safe handling of common computer systems driving licence class B desirable
