Team Lead Financial Systems (FI) (m/f/d)

You take over the technical and organizational management of a team in the field of corporate financial specialist applications (Amondis and SAP) and are the central contact person for specialist areas, internal IT teams and service providers. You control the task distribution in the team, focus on requirements and ensure a stable, transparent and reliable operation of financial applications. You are responsible for the application support of central function modules, in particular in the areas of user, role and rights management, and ensure uniform standards. You coordinate customizations of master data, structures, confirmation logics, hierarchies and organizational assignments within the applications. You plan and monitor deployments, releases and distributions of FI content according to professional, organizational and regulatory requirements. You provide qualified support for users: secure in 2nd level support, analyzes complex issues in financial context and guides sustainable solutions. You coordinate requirements, incidents and changes with service providers as well as internal IT teams and ensure a comprehensible documentation of configurations, processes and changes. You actively drive optimizations, releases and tests and continuously develop processes in financial system operation together with your team.

Completed training or completed studies in the commercial environment, in the financial sector, in business information technology or in a comparable field. Multiannual experience in the application support of financial systems, in the operation of specialist applications or in comparable IT-related financial processes. First management or coordination experience, for example in the technical guidance of employees, in projects or in the control of external service providers. Ideally knowledge of financial software (Amondis, SAP), ERP modules or controlling and accounting systems as well as a good understanding of financial processes. Safe handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for exams, analyses, evaluations or documentation. Structured, meticulous and solution-oriented working with a high sense of responsibility, deterrent strength and focus on priorities. Your communication strength: A safe occurrence is of course for you. Thanks to your knowledge of German, you accompany our users: both in conversation and in correspondence, you are absolutely sovereign and solution-oriented. Binding appearance and pleasure in leading a team, supporting employees and working with users:inside, service providers and internal interfaces. Willingness to engage in specialised financial applications, take responsibility in ongoing operations and actively shape changes. You have sufficient protection according to § 20 IfSG.
