Your tasks:

• Support of plan law procedures including necessary plan changes
• Control of construction and planning services
• Ensure the conformity of the contract of services and the maintenance of all project-related permits
• Examination of contract processing including post-subscription processing according to the control processes
• Processing of the building template for planning

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Successful degree as a civil engineer:in
• First planning experiences in the construction area desirable
• Funded handling of MS Office
• Knowledge of VOB and HOAI of advantage
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
