Since 1995, TECHNOSERVICE accompanies customers from the fields of special machine construction, automation technology and automotive as well as facility management and takes over the targeted personnel acquisition for final job placement – both nationally and internationally.

For our customers we are looking for a commercial specialist (m/w/d) in accounting. The decision whether you enter directly with our customer or start over us is only with you. The terms are the same and are communicated open to customers.

The following activities include your tasks:

• Creditor and debitor accounting
• Check and consolidate current business incidents and settlement of payment transactions including dunning
• settlement of travel costs and commissions
• Support for monthly and quarterly financial statements and preparation for annual financial statements
• master data maintenance and storage of processed and booked invoices
• Creating and evaluating statistics

• Successfully completed commercial training with first professional experience in these areas
• Secure handling of an ERP system and the current MS Office programs
