Accompanying our employees across the entire employee-life cycle Advising executives in all personal questions Development and implementation of modern personal processes and guidelines Planning and implementation of training and development measures Design and control of the recruiting process, including interview management Accompanying change processes and support in the further development of corporate culture Creation of work contract documents, certificates and other personal documents Work law advice in the individual and collective context – from contract design to cooperation with the works council Cooperation within the HR department on topics such as time economy, wage and salary Cooperation with the works council in personal matters Participation in HR projects such as digitization, employer branding and employee retention

Completed commercial training with HR further education or studies with a personal economic focus Multiannual experience in operational personnel work - preferably in a medium-sized company Safe handling of MS Office, ideally experience with Personio or another HR software Structured, solution-oriented and independent operation discretion, empathy and joy of decision
