Master Electrician - Construction Projects / PV Systems / Renovation / Building Installation (m/w/d)

As a general contractor, we implement various construction projects and cover the entire spectrum from conceptual planning to timely implementation.

Our team is characterised by a strong expertise and a close networking of the individual structures. This combination allows us to realize even complex projects in a flexible and timely manner. You conduct electrical installation projects in the rehabilitation and reconstruction area, including classic building installations, PV systems and IT cabling You secure, manage and coordinate your own employees and subcontractors, communicate proactively with customers: inside and collect, and perform additional services and supplements You work closely with our general contractor area for building in stock, work together with the costing department offers and trade professionally with the department manager You solve technical challenges and continuously optimize the processes at the construction site You develop customers: continue to work, take responsibility for expanding long-term customer relationships and promoting your team You perform different construction site teams (2-10 employees) and participate in internal training as well as in our processes and IT structures

You have a completed qualification as an electric master:in at least 10 years of professional experience You have over several years of leadership experience as a master:in, ideally with successfully completed reference projects in the rehabilitation and reconstruction area (both in office buildings and housing companies) You have well-founded knowledge of classic building installations, PV systems, IT cabling and the applicable VDE standards You have empathy, motivation and strong organizational competence – paired with decision-making strength and high customer orientation You have knowledge of industry software (e.g. Moser), which is advantageous You have strong communication strength and the willingness to actively participate in the further development of the company
