Tasks After a comprehensive introduction phase, you take on new tasks step by step. Our motivated and dynamic team of experts in accounting is pleased to welcome you as a new:n colleague. You would expect the following tasks: Support of the team team:in all organizational and administrative matters Preparation and organisation of meetings, internal events, training and workshops on site Creation and preparation of presentations, documents and work instructions Optionally after incorporation: Support in the operational performance of accounting activities

Qualifications Completed commercial training or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, in the business environment (invoicing/booking) Structured, accurate and self-responsive working and a pronounced organizational institution Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Openness for New Applications Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
