Structure analysis: You analyze the existing confluence structure and identify systematically optimization potentials. Information architecture: You design and implement a new, logical and user-friendly page structure that facilitates everyday work. Template creation: You develop templates, page layouts and best practice guides that allow consistent and efficient content. Onboarding page: You build a structured and appealing onboarding page for new employees by sharing content meaningfully and creating a clear navigation. Content standards: You develop standards for future Confluence contributions and document them in a comprehensible and sustainable manner. Collaboration: You work closely with specialist departments, understand their content and prepare them user-oriented.

Studies in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Media Design or Similar Experience with Confluence or other knowledge management platforms (e.g. Notion, SharePoint, Wiki-Systeme) Basic technical understanding and rapid understanding Good sense of information architecture, user management and structured work Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with Atlassian tools is a plus Embossed self-organisation and conceptual strength - independent, structured working with focus on user-friendly solutions. High communication and implementation competence - understandable preparation of complex content, team-oriented cooperation and proactive advancement of topics.
