You are responsible for building and maintaining our stock in the areas of Young Adult, New Adult, E-Media and Magazines. You coordinate and process telephony issues and ensure a timely settlement. You contribute to the further development and support of the library management system, including the associated homepage. You support the work in the field of service and invoices. You enable high-quality inventory and information exchange in the city library and have an open ear for visitors.
