Process Engineer Machine Shop (m/f/d)

Professional responsibility as an experienced process expert for the continuous optimization, standardization and technological advancement of modern CNC manufacturing processes Cross-location development, analysis and continuous optimization of manufacturing processes (milling, turning, drilling, grinding etc.), circular grinding technology and additives manufacturing processes (e.g. 3D printing, metal laser sintering) with focus on efficiency, quality and costs performing process analyses for fault diagnosis, process validation and stabilization Technical advice of adjacent departments (e.g. construction, quality, production planning) Initiation and management of technology and innovation projects incl. Resource and Budget Responsibility Creation of technical documentation, work instructions, project plans and ensuring compliance with milestones. Support in the production of complex special components / prototypes starting from work planning to delivery Training and guidance of employees in process changes or new introductions

Knowledge and skills are required, as are usually acquired by studying (informatics, business informatics, industrial engineering, etc.). However, this can be replaced by comparable training or experience. Experience in optimizing business processes Good analysis of processes and data by lean management Ability to work independently into new tasks and implement solutions in consultation with the supervisor Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners Experience in handling data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
