Completed IT degree or comparable training with relevant practical experience Multiannual leadership responsibility in software development (5+ years) with success in scaling software organizations Strong leadership, coaching and recruiting skills and strong stakeholder communication readiness for occasional travel For the exchange with your team, fluent knowledge of German (min. C1) and reliable knowledge of English are necessary
