Responsibility for defined sub-areas of the Institute, as well as deputy responsibility for further sub-areas after the establishment by the Institute Management e.g. management of newborn screening with respect to legal guidelines and quality assurance requirements Medical validation of laboratory findings within and outside the regular working time within the framework of standby and call readiness services Consiliar medical activity and technical advice of clinical colleagues on all questions of laboratory diagnostics Technical guidance and instruction of employees in the area of responsibility, in particular the MTA clarification of organisational questions related to sample analysis, retrieval, documentation and sample delivery Ensuring laboratory diagnostics and consiliary support within the ASV Commitment in university teaching in the clinical section of medical studies, implementation of tutorials, seminars, internships and multi-station exercises

Approbation as a doctor (m/w/d) Specialist medical certificate in the field of laboratory medicine well-founded knowledge and proven practical experience in the field of newborn screening Knowledge of laboratory diagnostics, validation or clinical method implementation high professional competence, quality awareness, organisational capacity and interdisciplinary cooperation
