Engineer as Head of Regional Centre North – EAM Netz GmbH (m/f/d)

You take over – with Prokura – the professional and disciplinary leadership of currently approx. 130 employees and create an environment of clear governance, development and cooperation. As a central contact person, you represent EAM Netz GmbH vis-à-vis the municipalities and make the partnership cooperation binding and solution-oriented. You are responsible for the strategic orientation and optimal organizational development of the Regional Center North with all its locations – regularly on site, with soil adhesion and safe feel for the region, promoting the shoulder closure in the team, operation and with external stakeholders. With a view to cost-effectiveness and performance, you optimize the processes in the regional teams – to ensure the planning, construction and operation of the future-oriented supply networks as well as customer support and to expand the regional service business. You are responsible for implementing legal and regulatory requirements and for maintaining and developing internal business processes. In public relations, you represent the company in the region in a sovereign, effective and secure manner.

You have completed a degree or master's degree in engineering, e.g. in energy engineering or electrical engineering, and have proven to have extensive leadership experience, ideally in the energy industry, an additional qualification to the network engineer (m/w/d) for gas and/or water supply is desirable. You can combine decision-making strength and persuasiveness with empathy and good intuition for situations. In future-oriented change processes, you will take all parties involved. Responsible, economic action is of course for you; You control organizations through transparent prioritization, goals, structures and processes. You stand up safely, present convincingly and communicate address-oriented – internally and externally.
