Working Student ITSM, Jira & Confluence - Process and Documentation Management * (m/f/d)

You support the inclusion, description and further development of internal processes in the IT service management environment. You work together with the Jira administrator in Jira as an ITSM ticket system and get to know configurations, relationships and practical applications. You support the editing and optimization of fields, workflows and project configurations in Jira. You will participate in the evaluation of SLAs as well as in the creation and development of dashboards and reports to make our internal processes more transparent. You implement customizations in Jira customer projects based on specific requirements and agree with the respective contacts. You support building a structured documentation landscape in Confluence, including Knowledge Base and Wiki structures. You're testing, sorting and structuring existing documentation, mainly in Confluence, and helping to process content in a comprehensible and user-friendly manner. You participate in building a structured asset management and support the collection, order and development of relevant information. You introduce your own ideas, question existing processes constructively and help us continuously improve our way of working.

You are an intangible student, ideally in a degree program related to business informatics, computer science, economic engineering, business management, process management or a comparable field. You are interested in IT service management, digital processes, ticket systems and structured knowledge management. First knowledge in Jira is desirable — but more importantly, we want you to work actively and get to know the application in the practical environment. Ideally, you already have first contact points with confluence, wiki structures, documentation or knowledge bases. You work structured, carefully and solution-oriented. You bring a high degree of self-initiative with you and you have the pleasure of advancing topics independently. You can logically capture relationships, analyze information and derive concrete suggestions for improvement. You question topics critically and constructively without losing sight of pragmatic solutions. You communicate actively — both with status updates and when questions, dependencies or problems occur. A safety review under SÜG (SÜ2) is required for the activity. This is being caused by us. With your application you agree that the completed review is a prerequisite for the complete acceptance of the activity. Good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.

We offer you the opportunity to gain real experience in an IT-close process and service environment. You not only work on theoretical concepts, but also directly support the further development of our workflows, Jira projects and documentation structures. You will gain insights into the practical use of Jira as an ITSM system, learn to record and implement requirements from the specialist department and help create transparency about processes, SLAs, tickets and assets. At the same time, you help us to better find and use knowledge in Confluence. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you can bring your own ideas and get space to actively shape topics. .
