Collection and structuring of the needs of relevant stakeholders in the field of steering missile technologies and defence architectures at functional system and subsystem level Documentation, analysis, validation and prioritization of the requirements in structured requirements profiles, including specialist domain experts: Creation, maintenance and further development of a central requirement register including versioning, traceability and change documentation Implementation of regular request reviews with stakeholders for coordination, risk assessment and priority adjustment Developing clear, testable requirement definitions according to IEEE standard, including acceptance criteria for preparing verification and acceptance processes Coordination of requirements changes within a change control process including evaluation of impacts on effort, dates and resources Supporting development and project teams to ensure technical feasibility in accordance with architectural principles Subsequent acquisition support, independent development of business ideas, products and services

Successfully completed studies in the field of aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering like promotion, or comparable Safe handling of requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS, Require7) Experience with agile and classic development methods including documentation and role understanding Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ISO 29148) and regulatory frameworks Application security in/with traceability matrices for complete traceability of requirements Proven competence in agile and classic development methods including documentation and role understanding Experience in the collection of functional requirements of military weapons systems would be ideal German and English skills
