Trainee lawyer for the elective or lawyer (m/f/d)

You are auditing, creating and negotiating contracts – especially in the B2B environment. You advise on corporate issues and support their implementation. You are working on legal issues in the fields of data protection, competition law, IT law and general economic law. You accompany internal projects from a legal point of view and support the specialist areas as a contact person. You create, revise and optimierst guidelines, templates and legal opinions. You answer general civil and economic issues and develop practical solutions. You work closely with internal specialist departments as well as external consultants and ensure constructive, solution-oriented communication.

You are in the legal department and are interested in gaining practical insights into the legal department of a company. Ideally, you are interested in economic issues and bring curiosity to different legal areas. First experiences in these areas of law are a plus – but more importantly we are your commitment, your communication strength and a structured way of working. You like to work in a solution-oriented manner and want to deal with legal issues in a practical way, instead of compiling comprehensive reports.
