In the sense of outcome-oriented action, take the role of a manager and controller They advise and support specialist areas with business know-how in the planning, control and implementation of their goals They take over the analysis, interpretation and presentation of business figures and derive concrete recommendations for action The production of forecasts, budgets and target-actual analyses is done by you in close coordination with the responsible persons They work with the development of controlling instruments and key figures systems and identify optimization potentials in processes and cost structures In your role as a business partner (m/w/d) you participate in projects across areas

Complete economic studies with a focus on controlling, finance or comparable Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally focusing on business partnering Experience in project-oriented moderation and/or leadership of groups or teams is advantageous Embossed analytical thinking capacity and understanding of business relationships Communication strength and ability to explain complex issues in a comprehensible way Individually responsible, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation. Safe handling of MS Excel, PowerPoint and ideally with Controlling Tools and ERP systems
