At the Sindelfingen site, the Center Montageplanung (MO/EA) is part of the central, global car production planning of Mercedes-Benz. As a team in assembly planning, we are part of the design of future assembly processes and accompany the start-up of new vehicle series. As an interface between the planning of the Mondays and the department management, we work with numerous specialist areas from production, logistics and research & development. In your internship you will get an insight into the complex processes of assembly planning (worldwide), leadership structure and culture, as well as into cooperation with numerous internal business partners. In addition to working in the day-to-day business, you will get the chance to implement your innovative ideas independently. Our cross-cutting processes and proximity to top management provide you with a comprehensive insight into the company. You will not be bored! As a cross-border team, we are partners and consultants of the departments and executives in our field and accordingly your tasks are broadly diverse and varied. In the course of your internship, the following tasks are available: Preparation, implementation and follow-up of work and management appointments and use of agile methods for designing workshops

Strategic planning of investing and own costs of the area, cooperation in efficiency programs and control committees

Implementation of detailed target-actual analyses with past and current annual data for deriving measures

Creation of monthly personal reports and compilation of evaluations in management presentations

Implementation of personnel demand planning for optimal resource use and distribution

Preparation of presentations and decision templates for top management (German and English)

Participation in the organisation and implementation of various executive and employee events

Supporting the organisation of internal meetings with regard to the creation of an agenda, presentation preparation and follow-up

Building and process optimization and updating of knowledge platforms

Design and support/care of internal communication channels (including the social intranet page)

The activity can begin from March 2026.

You study Business Administration, Economic Engineering, Business Informatics, Information Management, Business Psychology, Media/Communication Sciences or a comparable degree course You have certain knowledge of German and English in word and writing You have strong knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); visual representation and design competence You are a team player*in and proactively introduces your creative ideas You bring a high level of commitment and willingness to use, your work is independent, structured and targeted You are available for six months in full time for a mandatory or combination practice (subject to study regulations) Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
